The supplies shall be made as per following terms and conditions :

Terms & conditions :-

1. Price : Ex-works.
2. Sales Tax @ 2% shall be charged extra against Form ‘C’, otherwise
VAT @ 12.5% plus 5% Surcharge of VAT shall be charged extra over the quoted prices.
3. Packing & Forwarding charges extra.
4. Payment :- 50% Advance payment is to be sent along with the order and balance 50% against delivery.
5. Delivery :- Depending on order.
