Acceptance of Terms

Content

All content including messages, text, files, images, photos, or other ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.

Your use of the Sites or the Service signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy. Conduct

You agree not to:

3. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
4. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
7. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
8. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
9. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
10. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
11. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth above.

You acknowledge that Scientific Bazaar may or may not pre-screen content, but that Scientific Bazaar and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via the Service. Scientific Bazaar and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by Scientific Bazaar in all other parts of the Service. You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Scientific Bazaar and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. You understand that any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

No Spam Policy

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to Scientific Bazaar email addresses or through Scientific Bazaar computer systems, which is expressly prohibited by these Terms, will use or cause to be used servers located in California. Any unauthorized use of Scientific Bazaar computer systems is a violation of these Terms and certain federal and state laws, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. 1030 et seq.), Section 502 of the California Penal Code and Section 17538.45 of the California Business and Professions Code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

Limitations on service

You acknowledge that Scientific Bazaar may establish limits concerning use of the Service, including the maximum number of days that Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other Content that may be transmitted or stored by the Service, and the frequency with which you may access the Service. You agree that Scientific Bazaar has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that Scientific Bazaar reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that Scientific Bazaar shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Termination of service

You agree that Scientific Bazaar, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Scientific Bazaar believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. Further, you agree that Scientific Bazaar shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after said termination.

Dealings with organizations and individuals

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that Scientific Bazaar shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Scientific Bazaar is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Scientific Bazaar, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service

Indemnity

Scientific Bazaar respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and has been posted, stored or transmitted to this Web Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which contains the following information:
